Great Stay for a Family Weekend!

We enjoyed our stay while attending a football game. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and our room had ample space for the family. We appreciated the nearby dining options for quick meals before the game. Pro tip, double-check your reservation ahead of time to ensure a smooth check-in!

This hotel was located in a secluded area just next door to Winston-Salem and a Taco Bell. The room was spotless with microwave, refrigerator & microwave plus double beds, I felt comfortable there. I spent here 1 good days and will be back.

The rooms were recently refurbished and convenient and with 2 double beds. And the facilities were clean.

The hotel had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the cleanliness was severely lacking. The bed sheets were stained, and the area felt unsafe with loiterers around.

The hotel is very old and needs remodeling. There is a smoke smell everywhere. The room didn't match the pictures, and the bathroom had a mold smell.

I stayed one night in a Queen Room and was really impressed. the space was clean, my bed was comfortable, and the hot water was just what I needed! It was a bummer there was no breakfast, but overall, I had a pleasant stay.

- Location was good as we wanted something close to the town. - one of the reception staff was very nice, helpful and friendly (I regret I do not remember his name), another man we met was just "business polite" short with me and not friendly

- The room could use more cleaning, vacuuming in the corners, same with bathtub - one of the comforters had pen scribbling all over - very visible, the ends of the white comforters were dirty. When asked at the front for change, it was done promptly - the advertised hot breakfast was only lukewarm scrambled eggs and sausage every day, but there were a few sweet pastries and bread - would welcome more whole wheat/grain products than all white varieties - the swimming pool water was murky and green, the staff did not know how to fix it, claiming the latest rain as a reason - the pool deck was not attended to, grass and garbage in the flower pots...

A necessary choice for one night

The room had clean linens and surprisingly decent floors. I appreciated having a mini fridge to keep some drinks cold.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but honestly, it did the trick

They did not have my reservation however they did have rooms available, I did have my confirmation sheet printed and provided to them but they still could not find my reservation

The hotels ad is a breakfast buffet,and it is not,it is a poor continental breakfast

The front desk staff exhibited kindness upon arrival, a promising start. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was quite unkempt, with a strong odor lingering in the halls and numerous flies in the lobby. My room had dirty carpet and stained sheets. I decided to leave shortly after checking in, as the conditions did not meet even basic standards of cleanliness and comfort.

The staff seemed willing to help when we reached out. We were moved to a different room. The idea of offering breakfast was nice, even if it was misleading.

The overall cleanliness and condition of the facilities need major improvements.
